ELIMINATING THE NEED FOR IMPEACHMENT: the ultimate protection for the Deep State Tyrants.

So Speaker Nancy Pelosi wants top form a commission on presidential fitness based on the 25th amendment. Her words to the contrary, this has nothing to do with Biden and everything to do with Trump. Here is the pertinent part.

25th Amendment

(3)“Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments OR of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.”

Section (4) is also an important part of the process. If the President disagrees then congress eventually decides based on a 2/3 vote if he is unfit. What Nancy and her treasonous cohorts want to do is create another “deep state” bureaucratic body that will decide whether or not a president is fit for office, mentally or physically. This will remove the determination from the VP and cabinet who make give him/her the benefit of the doubt and put it into the hands of his/her enemies. It is the opinion of a lot of statists that those who oppose them suffer from some mental deficiency. If another Trump comes along and tries to upset their apple cart of autocratic rule through the bureaucracy and the gravy train of graft and corruption inherent in the system, it would be a simple thing for such a body to hear from a bunch of mental health “experts” and declare that the president suffers from some delusion or condition that makes him/her unfit. No requirement for a long, messy impeachment process. A quick determination and he's gone. What about section four? Once removed, do you really think that he/she would be allowed to continue with a written declaration of fitness? Does a little thing like constitutional rules, especially with a packed court, mean anything to these tyrants? No, this is the deep state making sure they are never threatened by a Trump again.
